The 4th Conference and the 2nd Fair of Women’s Entrepreneurship in the Republic of Srpska were held in the Ethno Village “Stanišić” in Bijeljina. Among the participants in this event was the owner of Telemax, Ms. Arijana Maksimcuk.
The emphasis of the conference and fair, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Republika Srpska and the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of Republika Srpska, is that, through two pieces of training, with special emphasis on better marketing business, business and available tools will be presented, as well as the importance of successful business communication.
The Entrepreneurship Conference included several educational events, including a panel discussion on digitalization and innovation, as a topic that imposed itself as important in business.
Telemax’s business was monitored from the aspect of digitalization, transformation and innovative solutions, and Ms. Arijana spoke about the importance of the same and her experiences.

Assistant Minister of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska Rajko Lajić stated that women’s entrepreneurship in Srpska is very developed, as evidenced by the fact that more than 100 women entrepreneurs are represented at today’s conference and fair in Bijeljina.
According to him, the coronavirus pandemic has encouraged entrepreneurs to become active and participate in such conferences and fairs, as well as the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship to promote the work of entrepreneurs, all in order to achieve more successful business cooperation with Serbian businessmen. with the region and beyond.
