The Association of Young Economists – UMEK from Banja Luka organized a youth conference aimed to encourage young entrepreneurs, motivate them and to give them useful advices.
Ariana Maksimcuk, director of Company TELEMAX, also introduced herself to the young people. On that occasion, the director held a speech about position of women in business, the ups and downs that the company was passing, as well as tips for reaching the desired dream.
