TELEMAX business center on April 28, 2017 hosted another TELEMAX educational academy intended for potential employees of the company with the aim of their further training and acquiring additional knowledge.
Recognizing the need for constant investment in employee knowledge, TELEMAX has launched the TELEMAX Education Academy program, thus providing all potential employees in the company the opportunity to learn, progress and gain additional experience as part of this successful team.
TELEMAX is a brand that incorporates the experience and dedication of all people involved in the work, activities and projects of the company. The quality, reliability, creativity and experience of employees contribute to strengthening the company itself, affecting the needs of current and potential clients, and expanding the network of them.
The TELEMAX Education Academy consists of several stages aiming at the selection and employment of those candidates who are motivated, knowledgeable and ready for further training, learning and advancement.
This cycle of an educative academy consisted of the following components:
· General culture test
· Professional part of the test
· Practical examination of knowledge
· Interview with the commission
· Beginning of training for candidates passing through the previous compone
· TELEMAX provides all selected participants with work clothes and tools, as well as a medical examination
During this two-day training, the best candidates were selected who became part of the successful TELEMAX team.
